The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL

volunteers of certain nonprofit corporations; and providing for an             
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                            
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 184(L&C), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to civil liability of certain                                 
nonprofit corporations and of volunteers of certain                            
nonprofit corporations; and providing for an
